srcdir is also a noop (see Creating packages on the wiki), and. Kaptoxic commented on not sure if this is a good solution, but I switched to using /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone*/temp after having similar issues (thinkfan failing to read /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/hwmon/.)īraces are NOT quotes, this will break when pkgdir contains spaces. If I restart the thinkfan systemd service, it works properly again. I have the problem with thinkfan, that after resuming from suspend, thinkfan quits because a sensor has vanished.Ī sensor has vanished! Exiting since there's no safe way of handling this. I opened a bug report here if someone wanna help: => Downloading thinkfan PKGBUILD from AUR. I`ve been trying to instal the spotify AUR package, all seems to install well without any errors, but the client doesn`t seem to appear in the applications list. If there are any logs necessary, let me know which ones and where I can find them, I will paste them all. I just need to be pointed in the right direction, otherwise I`m pretty much in the dark. I`m sorry for the fairly vague questions. I even tried reinstalling pacman with the command I found in the Wiki - pactree -l pacman | pacman -S - but this did not fix the issues either. I`ve been going trough the Wiki and google in search for answers but I`ve not found a solution that would work for me. Sublime-Text, yaourt just prints "error: command failed to execute correctly". I assure you that cmake is installed so are the rest of the base-devel packages. For example, I`ve been trying to install the thinkfan AUR package with yaourt and I always get the error: "cmake: command not found". Some packages install fine, but others give odd errors. Lately I`ve been having issues installing packages, both with pacman and yaourt. So far Arch has treated me great, I`ve managed to achieve very reasonable power consumption because I managed to setup a working configuration for my hybrid graphics. I`ve been using Ubuntu before Arch but I just could not get my hybrid graphics to work, either with Bumblebee or Prime on Ubuntu without lightdm failing to load.
